Privacy notice
This notice explains how AI Think Special Projects Consulting Limited (“AI Think”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us as a client or partner. If you are a candidate or student, please also read our candidate privacy notice.
1. Who we are
AI Think Special Projects Consulting Limited is the data controller. We are a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland under company number 782262, and a licensed employment agency (licence EA 5692).
Registered office: Suite 4.01, Ormond Building, 31–36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7, D07 F6DC, Ireland. We operate online; the registered office is not open to the public.
For any question about your personal data, write to erica.moscatello@aithink.ie. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to; the contact above handles all data protection matters.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role and the content of your message.
- When you are a client or partner: the contact details of the people we deal with, contract and billing information, and our correspondence and meeting notes.
- When you visit the website: technical data that our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie notice.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

4. Who receives your data
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under a written contract: website hosting, email, document storage and forms.
- Our professional advisers, such as accountants and solicitors, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which supplies the typefaces of this website: when a page loads, your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it, for example the Revenue Commissioners or the Workplace Relations Commission.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client, contract and accounting records: six years after the end of the relationship, in line with Irish tax and limitation rules.
- Records we must keep as a licensed employment agency: for the period required by law.
- Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to erica.moscatello@aithink.ie. We reply within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, as the GDPR allows. We do not charge for this.
You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers to protect personal data, and we limit access to the people who need it.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will publish any change to this notice on this page, with a new date at the top.
