We are an Irish employment agency, licensed by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment (licence EA 5692). We do not stop at the shortlist. We stay with each candidate through registration, relocation and the first months in post, because that is where most international hires are won or lost. Candidates never pay us a fee.

We agree the role, the timeline and what a good hire looks like after twelve months, not only on day one.
We draw on our directors’ professional network of more than 40,000 people in the EU and beyond, holding EU and non-EU passports.
Video interviews, references and the paperwork for Irish professional registration, prepared before the offer stage.
Visas where needed, travel, housing search and family logistics, handled so the candidate starts work ready.
Follow-up through the first months. Retention is part of the service.
Our commitments
AI Think never charges candidates a fee, for any service. We assess every candidate on skills, qualifications and experience, and we do not discriminate on any of the nine grounds in the Employment Equality Acts 1998–2015.
Ethical recruitment
We follow the principles of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. Before recruiting health workers from any country, we check the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List.
Advisory · International
We advise governments, public bodies, universities and private organisations in every sector, with particular depth in health. In Italy, AI Think acts only as a strategic adviser, not as a recruiter, building on our directors’ eight years of consulting there before AI Think was founded. Our clients select and contract their own staff. We give them the analysis, the routes and the documentation to act.
Workforce crisis
Rural hospitals, specialist units and whole regions face shortages that local hiring cannot close. We map the gap, identify where the right professionals are, and design a lawful, documented route to bring them in.
The AI era
AI changes which skills a service needs and how its people work. We help institutions plan that change around their workforce, so technology adds capacity instead of adding strain.
Communications
A shortage is also a communication problem. Professionals choose places, not job adverts. We build the narrative, the campaign and the press relationships that make an institution or a region worth moving for.

Directors’ track record · Advisory and Communications · Mussomeli, Sicily
Mussomeli, a small town in inland Sicily, could not find doctors for its hospital. Working as consultants, before AI Think was founded, our directors built an academic link with an Argentine university and told the story of a town looking for its doctors. Around 20,000 applications were reported, and the project was covered by The Guardian, Corriere della Sera, la Repubblica, RAI and LA7. Selection and hiring stayed with the employing institutions.

Our method
Migration moves in patterns. We read where it has been to see where it is going.
We study how professionals have moved over generations. Families that left Italy, Spain and Ireland for the Americas leave ties that pull their descendants back. Those ties tell us where to look.
History is our forecasting tool. Past waves of emigration and return show where the next shortage will appear and where its answer already lives.
We design the whole structure a professional needs to stay: recognition, housing, family, community. A professional who finds a home stays. One who finds only a house leaves.

Strategy & Institutional Relations
Writer and essayist. Erica has advised governments and organisations in Argentina, Spain and Italy throughout her career. She founded the publishing house A la Carta in Latin America, was director of communication at Ojalá magazine in Argentina, and ran her own advertising agency, devising campaigns for international public figures and political campaigns in Argentina and Italy. She also translates Italian authors into Spanish.
She created the method behind a large-scale movement of Argentine doctors to Italy, and is now writing her first book about it. At AI Think she leads vision, Healthcare Architecture, government partnerships and international positioning.

Executive Management & Operations
Javier worked in migration in Argentina and has advised governments and organisations on migration and culture. With Erica he founded a political campaign marketing firm, and together they led a large-scale movement of Argentine doctors to Italy.
A theatre director, he trained at the Fundación Shakespeare in Spain and specialises in Shakespeare. At AI Think he leads business management, finance, contracts, recruitment and operations.
For non-EU students · Admissions 2026–2027
AI Think is an authorised agent of UniCamillus, Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences in Rome, for the 2026–2027 admissions. We guide candidates through the admission process, the documents and the arrival in Italy.

How we help
Clear information from the first conversation on programmes, fees, refund rules and student regulations.
Support with registration and with the admission procedure.
Submission of the pre-enrolment application at the Italian embassy or consulate, within the Ministry’s deadlines.
Study visa, recognition of qualifications (CIMEA certificates or Dichiarazione di Valore) and health certificates, within the deadlines set by the University.
After the admission test, the University communicates directly with each student about enrolment.
Admissions, fees and enrolment are managed by UniCamillus. Information refers to the 2026–2027 academic year; the official calls for admission on unicamillus.org prevail.
